Since 1995, Elton & Associates has provided hundreds of clients with real estate expert witness testimony, appraisals, and financial analysis, with a particular focus on commercial real estate matters.  Based in Vista, in North San Diego County, we are well-positioned to assist attorneys, banks, insurance companies, property owners, and major developers throughout California and the Western United States—and have even provided services as far as Canada, Hawaii, Mexico and Mainland China.

In his thirty-five years of experience, firm founder Winston Elton has acted in nearly every capacity in real estate matters —as an investor, developer, consultant, due diligence provider, strategic advisor, counselor, and market research and financial feasibility analyst.  Mr. Elton is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers, and his extensive experience with real estate appraisals includes serving as a California Certified General Real Estate Appraiser from 1991 to 2004, and acting as Partner-in-Charge of the real estate appraisal wing of a major international professional services firm.
